You are formally invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of Witney Dramatic Society which will take place at 7.30pm on Wednesday 3rd April 2019 in the Radford Room at Witney Methodist Church, High Street, Witney. (Upstairs in the main building - go up the back stairs and turn right, down to the end of the corridor and right again) Tea and coffee will be served during the meeting.
All are welcome but please note only fully paid up members are entitled to stand for and vote on the new committee or any amendments to the society's rules that may be put forward. You may if you wish join the Society at the AGM or at any readings for the play.
