Our AGM will take place at 7.30pm on Wednesday 10th April in the Mary & Martha Room, which is upstairs in the building directly behind The High Street Methodist Church, 40 High Street, Witney. OX28 6HG.
The evening will comprise of a short summary of the society's past year, an update on its finances, and election of the committee for the forthcoming year.
Voters must be paid-up members of WDS but attendance is open to everyone.
This main part of the evening will be quite short, but afterwards there is the opportunity to have a sociable catch-up with everyone involved in the society. For this, we will adjourn to Como Lounge.
