The chairman has had to convene a Special General Meeting as unfortunately there were insufficient members in attendance at the AGM to ratify the committee and to fill the vacant posts.
This is to be held on 23rd May at 7pm in the cafe at The Methodist Church in Witney, prior to the rehearsal upstairs.
We still have 2 committee members posts to fill. If you would like to be involved in how the Drama society is run and help in deciding on future productions then we need you.
