We're still here! Throughout the last few strange months, we've been 'virtually' rehearsing The Truth Fairies by Sally Kinnell, and on Saturday 10th October, we will be giving a live streamed performance through zoom.
Look out for our new panto coming in January 2020 - The Wizard of Oz!
Preparations are already under way for what promises to be a great performance of this popular pantomime.
If you are interested in taking part, either on or off stage, please get in touch using the form on our contact page and we'll keep you informed of the latest on reading dates and rehearsals.
Hope to hear from you soon!
We are holding the first of our new ‘Club’ nights tomorrow evening where we are hoping to discuss the possibilities for our October production including readings for a few suggested scripts.
It will be held at 7.30pm in the Mary and Martha room at the Witney Methodist Church (upstairs in the new building at the back of the church).
The poster for our Panto, 'Jack and the Beanstalk has been designed and is now available to download here!
We're going to be on BBC Radio Oxford, tonight, 22nd November from around 8pm. WDS's Wendy Hurp talks to Radio Oxford's Ollie Hale about Witney Dramatic Society, the need for a proper stage in Witney and our upcoming pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk.
The interview should then be available on the BBC Sounds App.
Readings for Jack and the Beanstalk start on Monday 5th November at 7:30, in the Mary and Martha Room, which is upstairs in the Wesley Centre at the Witney Methodist Church (the building opposite the back entrance to the church).
